Base fee:
  • Associate attendee registration is intended for individuals attending as part of a sponsoring organization who are not covered by the complimentary registrations included with their sponsorship level. This registration type provides full access to all conference sessions and activities.
  • Complimentary Associate/Sponsor Attendee registration is intended for individuals attending on behalf of a sponsoring organization whose attendance is covered by the complimentary registrations included with their sponsorship level. This registration type includes full access to all conference sessions and activities.
  • Payroll attendee registration is intended for owners of payroll service bureaus and/or key personnel from their teams. This registration type includes full access to all conference sessions and activities.

  • TPG-Exclusive Amenities: Discounted resort fee, complimentary fitness center access, complimentary valet parking, 10% off Luna spa services, 15% dinner at La Fogata, complimentary internet access for up to 2 devices, complimentary 2-hour bike rentals to explore the area, and access to the putting/chipping area at McCormick Ranch Golf Club.

Agenda highlights (as of May 2025)

  • Sunday, May 3: Arrive in Scottsdale, mingle poolside with fellow attendees, and kick off the evening with a Happy Hour to start things off right!
  • Monday, May 4:  Start your day with local activities, the join us mid-afternoon as we dive into dedicated networking and education sessions.  The evening will wrap up with a lively on-property reception. 
  • Tuesday, May 5: Enjoy a full day of networking and education. This evening, there are no TPG-hosted activities, giving you the perfect excuse to explore and enjoy Scottsdale at your leisure!
  • Wednesday, May 6: The day kicks off with networking and education through lunchtime, followed by the payroll members-only meeting in the afternoon. We'll wrap up the conference in style with a Closing Reception that evening.
