Agenda At-A-Glance

• Sunday, May 4: Early evening Happy Hour for those already in town and ready to enjoy a Southwest Florida sunset.
• Monday, May 5: Group activities in the morning with the exhibit hall and general sessions opening early afternoon. An evening reception will follow the official launch of conference. 
• Tuesday, May 6: Exhibit Hall activities and general sessions all-day followed by an open evening to relax and explore the area.
• Wednesday, May 7: Exhibit Hall activities and general sessions all-day with a Closing Reception in the evening.

SOcial EVENTS AND DRESS CODE

• A charter cruise and round of golf are being offered to all TPG attendees on Monday morning. You can register for each event when completing your Conference registration. More information will be sent directly to you by April 28.
• Monday night's Opening Reception is a "White Party". Come mingle poolside with your TPG family while being decked out in your favorite white outfit! 
• Wednesday night's Closing Reception is a time for us to embrace the tropical breeze and enjoy a SW Florida sunset. We encourage bright colors and whatever outfit helps you get into vacation mode! 
• For General Sessions and Exhibit time during the day, we suggest business casual or whatver you feel most comfortable in. As a reminder, while the South Florida sun is hot, meeting spaces are often cooler so layers and light sweaters are encouraged.

• Registration refunds are not accepted after March 1, 2025. 
• Substitutions to existing registrations can be made until April 14, 2025.
